Deliver insights for MarTech product teams on strategy and product development. Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for audience journeys and omnichannel orchestration. Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud for segmentation and identity resolution. Design and implement data models (Star/Snowflake schemas) and data marts in Snowflake. Design measurement frameworks and track key performance metrics. Create visualisations and executive summaries for internal stakeholders. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product leadership.
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering. 5 years of experience in Data Analytics with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis. Experience with Snowflake data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas). Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication in international environments.
