- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance productivity and quality.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.

- Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet organizational requirements.

- Strong understanding of platform architecture and best practices for customization and administration.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow workflows and integrations.

- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to optimize processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.

- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
