We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong software engineering and automation expertise to design and build scalable automation frameworks that improve service reliability and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Developers and Operations SRE teams to automate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), resolve complex production issues, enhance diagnostics, and continuously improve cloud-based services.

The ideal candidate combines strong development skills in Python and Java, production troubleshooting experience, cloud-first thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive automation initiatives that improve reliability, security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and SOPs using Python and Java. 

Improve service reliability, resiliency, security, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation. 

Collaborate with Developers and Operations SRE teams to diagnose and resolve production incidents. 

Develop and enhance diagnostics and monitoring capabilities to improve incident response. 

Contribute to software enhancements, bug fixes, and production patches. 

Lead technical design discussions and drive automation best practices across engineering teams. 

Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on complex production challenges. 

Continuously improve operational processes using cloud-first automation strategies. 

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

Strong software development experience with Python and Java 

Experience designing and developing automation frameworks 

Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions 

Experience working with cloud-based applications or services 

Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues 

Experience contributing to software design, development, and bug fixes
