Job Description

Tata Communications is seeking a Senior Manager - Corporate HR to lead Talent Acquisition across APAC. As the face of Tata Communications for all APAC hiring, you will be a head-hunter and researcher focused on direct sourcing, working to identify top talent across Commercial and Technology functions and driving employer branding initiatives across the region. Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment across APAC, supporting other regions as needed. Head-hunt and research talent with a strong focus on direct hiring. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build pipelines. Lead employer branding initiatives in the APAC region. Consolidate HR data and perform in-depth analysis to support HR initiatives. Engage with leadership and operate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

Strong collaboration and team skills with proven APAC recruiting experience. Ideally a mix of Talent Acquisition and agency-side experience. Experience recruiting cross-functionally: Sales, Presales, Marketing, Engineering, Product. Strong communication, internal customer service, and employee relations skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
