Your work profile

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

Create various communication materials, including templated emailers, infographic emailers, newsletters, motion graphic videos, e-learning visual mock-ups & course development, and other related assets.

Translate business requirements into engaging design deliverables across print, digital, and e-learning.

Collaborate with project teams to gather design requirements and establish creative direction aligned to client branding and user preferences.

Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables, adhering to best practices in visual communication and design.

Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and quality assurance.

Maintain organized documentation for all creative assets, including source files and usage guidelines.

Stay updated with emerging design tools and trends to continually bring innovation to your work.

Engage in feedback sessions with stakeholders to refine visual designs based on actual usage insights.

Work closely with instructional designers, and developers to ensure visual designs are integrated seamlessly within digital platforms.

Key skills required

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s / PGDM in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.

3 to 5 years of professional experience in a Visual Design, Communication Design, or E-learning

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of Visual Design skills across Digital & Print Media, or E-learning.

Prior exposure and/or experience in Corporate Branding & Communication, or E-learning

Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Good to Have

Familiarity with LMS platforms for publishing and tracking e-learning content using standards like SCORM and AICC as per learning delivery needs.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator.

Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro or Vyond

Experience in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia is a plus.

Hands-on experience with MS PowerPoint for template and presentation design.
