Job Description

PlanetSpark is looking for a Business Development Associate to help children and parents make confident learning decisions on its live online EdTech platform. You will deliver world-class counseling experiences, drive enrollments through empathy-based selling, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey for every new learner. Responsibilities

Engage with 65-70 high-intent, pre-qualified leads daily. Conduct personalized video counseling sessions for parents and learners. Present course value with confidence and clarity in English. Manage the full sales and onboarding lifecycle from first demo to enrollment. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure seamless learner onboarding.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English with clarity and confidence. Passion for EdTech and making a difference in children learning. Target-driven mindset with strong resilience under pressure. Ability to build trust and professionally handle objections. 0-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
