Job Description

PlanetSpark is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive enrollments on India fastest-growing EdTech platform. Engage with pre-qualified, high-intent leads, conduct personalized video counseling sessions with parents and adult learners, and manage the complete sales and onboarding lifecycle. No cold calling required - all leads are provided daily. (Sourced from Indeed, February 2026)

Responsibilities

Engage with 65-70 high-intent, pre-qualified leads daily (no cold calling). Conduct personalized video counseling sessions with parents and learners. Present course value clearly using strong English communication. Manage complete sales and onboarding lifecycle from demo to enrollment. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and interactions. Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new learners.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English with confidence, clarity, and articulation. Target-driven mindset with resilience and hunger for high performance. Passion for interacting with parents and shaping young learners futures. Ability to build trust and handle objections professionally. Previous experience in EdTech sales or inside sales preferred. Basic CRM knowledge and computer proficiency.
