Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

10+ year overall experience with minimum 5+ Business Analyst experience. Aviation domain experience preferred. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in Business Analyst role and handle role for various Airlines applications.

Technical and Process Skills:

Expertise in Airlines domain. (Preferred)

Understanding Clients As-Is Process and listing Pain points w.r.t technical, functional, and operational domains

Understanding clients current KPIs and impact of To-Be solution on existing KPIs

Design To-Be processes and perform Fit-Gap analysis by assessing clients requirements and business processes

Creation of business blueprint documents and validate design by conforming to best industry practice

Prepare BRD, PRD, Solution design doc, Functional Specifications, Test cases and Training documents

Expertise to model the user interface and report generation for the business users

Analyze client requirement and suggest configurations/ customizations required for the product Behavioral Skills:

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Stakeholder management experience is must

Qualification: BE/MCA

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
