Tata Capital seeks a Product Manager for its Micro Finance Business vertical to manage the product lifecycle, drive platform excellence, and build strategic partnerships. You will own product configurations on the IT platform, coordinate with risk and compliance teams, and engage with analytics teams to identify new customer segments and growth opportunities. Responsibilities

Ensure product logics and configurations are sound on the IT platform. Work with IT team for timely issue resolution from field. Evaluate new business opportunities and optimise current channels. Project-manage new collaborations and integrations. Coordinate with channels, sales, BIU, and Marketing team. Develop new product features from concept to launch. Work with risk and analytics team to explore new segments.

Requirements

Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline. 3-6 years of experience in financial product management or related field. Experience collaborating with IT teams on platform delivery. Strong analytical and project management skills. Knowledge of retail lending or FinTech ecosystem preferred.
