Tata Capital is looking for a Product Manager to be the first-line custodian of its Micro Finance Business product portfolio. You will critically analyse product performance, ensure standard operating processes are followed, work closely with IT on platform delivery, evaluate new business opportunities, and drive growth through channel partnerships and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Be the first-line custodian of MFB products and analyse performance gaps. Ensure standard operating processes are followed in letter and spirit. Work with IT team on platform performance and resolve system issues. Evaluate new business opportunities and develop channel partnerships. Drive business by coordinating with channel and sales teams. Initiate and coordinate marketing campaigns with BIU and Marketing team. Develop new products from conceptualisation to launch. Generate and publish timely MIS reports to channels.

Requirements

Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline. 3-5 years of product management or financial services experience. Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS and data-driven decision making. Knowledge of financial products and digital lending preferred. Experience working with IT and cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
