As a member of Oracle's Finance organization, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and business performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for preparing and consolidating annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial reports, while providing meaningful insights into business performance. The role involves analysing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances, and developing actionable recommendations to support decision-making. You will gather, model, and interpret financial data to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, monitor revenue, expenses, and headcount-related costs, and perform ad hoc financial analyses to address evolving business needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, improve financial processes, and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
