We are seeking your approval to hire an external finance consultant with expertise specific to NL MF requirements.

The mandatory skill requirement for the resource is as follows:

The candidate must have done Chartered Accountancy / Cost Accountancy or at least be inter pass or attempted it

Must have worked in finance / cost domain in industry for few years typically 4-5 years

Must have experience of multi country implementation and roll outs of D365FO Projects with focus on Europe.

We have 5 finance resources and none of them have CA or cost degree or attempted any of them.  They also don’t have any experience in finance department in any industry.

The required skill set is currently not available within KDNI or Sofia, and given the specialized nature of the work, I request your approval to proceed with external hiring.
