Your work profile

Support the design and delivery of compensation strategies including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and long-term incentives.

Conduct market benchmarking

Assist in developing job architecture, leveling frameworks, and career paths.

Analyze compensation data and model financial impact of proposed changes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance management and rewards enablement.

Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and dashboards.

Stay updated on regulatory developments (e.g., labor codes, SEBI guidelines) impacting rewards.

Contribute to thought leadership and internal capability building.

Key skills required: 

Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits program design / management, incentive design / management, Performance Management, etc.

4yrs-6yrs of experience into similar skillset. 

Analytical mind-set. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology.

Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in from Tier 1 institutes
