Your work profile

Manage delivery of projects and help in meeting engagement objectives set with the client

Develop report templates to publish weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative status of data

Generate project MIS, dashboards, and periodic project progress reports

Assist in defining and implementation of project governance processes

Conduct periodic reviews with client leadership and execution teams

Analyse project performance for identification and resolution of critical bottlenecks

Support project execution by developing strategies to optimize project cost and cycle time

Review productivity at site and suggest means to improve the same

Conduct project risk identification and mitigation

Skills

Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Oil & Gas plant projects.

Strong expertise in project management within the Oil & Gas industry.

Proven experience in implementing project controls functions, including project monitoring, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

Hands-on experience in developing MIS dashboards and reporting solutions, particularly using Microsoft Power BI.

Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred for this role

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)

Base location: Kochi and Work from office (Initial few months requires work from office from Delhi/NCR)
