Your work profile

Define and implement quality standards across SAP S/4HANA implementation phases

Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and organizational governance standards

Conduct quality reviews across functional, technical, and data workstreams

Oversee defect management processes and quality gates for SIT, UAT, and regression testing

Track quality metrics, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Support audit, compliance, go-live readiness, and operational acceptance activities

Key skills required

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA quality management and governance practices

Experience in testing management and quality assurance for large SAP programs

Understanding of SAP QM module and cross-functional integrations

Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills

Experience supporting internal and external audits and compliance reviews

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
