Job Description:

• Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects.

• Manage the full design cycle -concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC - ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination.

• Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, and specifications across Architecture, Civil, and Interior works.

• Oversee material selection, finish schedules, and project-specific detailing for both interior and exterior works.

• Periodically update standards and specifications in line with emerging trends and codes (NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC/LEED, and internal sustainability guidelines).

• Coordinate and integrate the design output effectively with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal teams (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Conduct regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps, maintaining alignment with approved drawings.

• Manage other campus infrastructure–related design tasks as needed.

• Track progress, flag risks early, and support timely completion of key deliverables.

• Explore and integrate new materials, technologies, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.

• Ensure strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all project stages.

• Strong project management, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
