Your work profile

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS services (Glue, Athena, S3, QuickSight)

Good understanding of SAS/SQL programs for data analysis, transformation and reporting

Experience in migrating SAS programs to AWS reporting tools e.g. Athena, Glue, Quicksight etc

Create, maintain and optimize SAS datasets, reports and macros

Ensure high-quality data cleaning, validation and transformation

Good understanding of AWS Data Platforms like ETL pipelines (Glue), Amazon Athena SQL queries on S3

Write, design and optimize SAS codes for efficiency and performance along with Troubleshoot and debug SAS programs

Experience in working with cross-functional and local technology teams for Data integration, Data governance and data delivery in the defined timelines

Lead or support data-related projects end-to-end and provide training & mentorship on SAS & AWS tools and share best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Perform testing and end to end documentation of existing programs align with the NatWest standards and governance

Stay updated with latest AWS/SAS tools, techniques and update

Knowledge of Banking and trading book products will be an extra advantage and will be preferred

Exposure in regulatory reporting (good to have)

Key skills required: 

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple validations under tight timelines

Desired qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

5 to 8 years of relevant experience
