Drive SAP GRC & Security practice leadership, building and scaling capabilities, service offerings, and strategic client relationships to support long-term business growth objectives.

Orchestrate go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including solution development, alliance-led pursuits, joint offerings, and market expansion initiatives.

Manage and optimize the SAP GRC & Security portfolio, ensuring engagements contribute to revenue growth, client success, and market differentiation.

Support the development of multi-year practice strategies, aligning sales, delivery, alliances, innovation, and capability-building initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, Risk leaders, alliance partners, and internal leadership teams.

Lead practice governance, including business reviews, portfolio performance tracking, delivery oversight, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Drive internal alignment by mobilizing cross-functional teams across consulting, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, sales, and delivery functions.

Serve as the primary advisor for SAP Security and GRC transformation programs, managing escalations and ensuring seamless execution across global teams.

Support business development and pre-sales activities, identifying new opportunities, leading pursuits, and building industry-focused SAP Security and GRC solutions.

Collaborate with marketing and alliance teams to enhance market visibility, including solution positioning, thought leadership, campaigns, and event strategies.

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and developing future leaders.

Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable SAP environments across global enterprises.
