Lead HR Transformation initiatives, building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to exceed delivery expectations.

Drive strategic alliance management with OEM partners, including joint business planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Own revenue growth and pipeline development through partner-led and co-sell opportunities.

Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and enablement programs.

Act as the primary liaison for OEM partners, managing executive relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR, talent, and organizational transformation programs.

Leverage analytics and market insights to shape strategic decisions and enhance solution offerings.

Ensure alignment of alliance objectives with broader business and growth strategy.
