Your work profile

Own end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solution design and implementation for S/4HANA or ECC

Gather and analyze business requirements related to asset management, maintenance planning, and execution

Configure and optimize SAP PM processes including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment

Manage master data such as equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, and work centers

Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management processes

Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI

Drive workshops, blueprinting, and preparation of functional specifications for PM enhancements

Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Assist in cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live support

Monitor and resolve maintenance-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and improved asset performance

Key skills required

Strong expertise in SAP PM processes including maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and asset management

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM configuration and implementation projects

Knowledge of PM master data such as equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans

Understanding of integration points with MM, PP, QM, and FI modules

Experience in industries with heavy asset utilization such as manufacturing, utilities, or oil & gas

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities

SAP PM certification or S/4HANA Asset Management certification is an added advantage

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
