The Lean Ninjas team drives AI-first process excellence by combining Lean, Six Sigma, value stream management, GenAI, automation and data-led transformation across programs and enterprise functions. The role partners with delivery, quality, automation and business stakeholders to identify non value adds, reimagine workflows, build reusable Lean/AI assets, and accelerate measurable productivity, client value and experience outcomes.

• Execute targeted Lean diagnostics, value stream mapping and opportunity identification for assigned programs, with emphasis on cycle-time reduction, defect reduction, productivity improvement and experience uplift.

• Use GenAI, Copilot-style productivity patterns, automation discovery and analytics to reimagine current-state processes into AI-assisted future-state workflows.

• Support design and pilot of Lean + GenAI + automation solutions, including problem statements, business cases, benefit hypotheses, adoption plans and control mechanisms.

• Contribute reusable playbooks, prompts, checklists, value stream templates, dashboards and knowledge assets to the Lean repository.

• Partner with process owners and delivery teams to track benefits, adoption, risks and sustainment through visual management and governance cadence.

• Promote responsible AI adoption by ensuring transparency, human-in-the-loop validations, privacy awareness and appropriate usage controls in proposed interventions.

• Focus on Continuous improvement in the offerings

• Hands-on Lean / Six Sigma improvement experience; Green Belt / Black Belt preferred.

• Working understanding of Agile, ITIL / SDLC ways of working and service delivery operating models.

• Ability to use data for baseline, root-cause analysis, prioritization and benefit measurement; exposure to AI platforms, Power BI, Python or equivalent analytics tools preferred.

• Familiarity with GenAI use cases such as knowledge search, summarization, workflow assistance, prompt patterns, decision support and automation enablement.

• Ability to translate process pain points into automation / AI opportunity /Process Improvement charters with clear outcomes, risks, controls and adoption needs.

• Strong problem solving, stakeholder communication, change adoption and storytelling skills.

• Identified and prioritized Lean, automation and GenAI opportunities with quantified baseline and expected benefit.

• Improved process flow, productivity, quality, cycle time and client / employee experience in assigned portfolios.

• Reusable assets that improve speed of diagnosis, solutioning and adoption across programs.

• Sustained adoption through governance, dashboards and control plans.
