1. Architecture and Design principles

2. Exposure to designing distributed and scalable enterprise applications

3. Full stack experience preferably with .Net, Angular, Python, MS SQL, Kafka

4. AI implementation using modern Agentic framework

5. End to end DevOps for code quality

6. Mentoring Team for design and development, Code reviews and implementation of coding best practices

7. Managing large scrum teams

8. Experience Product Development
